Hollerado joins the 2017 Roots North Music Festival


The organizers of this year’s Roots North Music Festival have turned up the volume for their third go-around with the addition of indie rock band Hollerado to this year’s lineup.

Hollerado, whose members Menno Versteeg, Nixon Boyd, Dean Baxter and Jake Boyd all hail from Ottawa and have toured all over the world with bands such as The Flaming Lips and Fucked Up have released two studio albums, 2009’s ‘Record in a bag’ (which was re-released in 2010) and 2013’s ‘White Paint’; this past Jan they dropped the first single from their third studio album ‘Born Yesterday’.

Hollerado play Friday Night at The Geneva Event Centre on April 21, Toronto garage/pop band Little Junior open the show.

This show is free with your Weekend Festival Pass and $15 cover for non-Weekend Pass Holders.
