Depeche Mode released ‘A Broken Frame’ on this day in 1982

For their second studio album ‘A Broken Frame’ Depeche Mode were a trio, Dave Gahan, Martin Gore and Andy Fletcher; Vince Clarke had already left the band and Alan Wilder had not joined the group yet.

The album produced three singles, “See You”, “The Meaning of Love” and “Leave in Silence”.
