On this day in 1979, Siouxsie and the Banshees released ‘Join Hands’

R-437226-1381513969-8686.jpegOn September the 7th, 1979 Siouxsie and the Banshees released their second studio album ‘Join Hands’. Guitarist John McKay and drummer Kenny Morris left the band two days after the album’s release, they were replaced on the next album ‘Kaleidoscope’ by Budgie and John McGeoch. The album released one single “Playground Twist”.
