   John-and-Yoko It was on this day in 1969 that John Lennon and Yoko Ono begin their eight-day ‘bed in’ in room 1742 of The Hotel La Reine Elizabeth, Montreal, Canada. The whole thing was to promote “World Peace”, they recorded the song “Give Peace a Chance” while in the hotel room.

    You got the wrong photo . This is a photo of their bed in in Amsterdam Hilton not Montreal.
